H-ZOL Synthetic Hydraulic Oil Fortifier is a multi-functional synthetic fortifier engineered for use in most hydraulic systems. H-ZOL significantly reduces friction and can increase the life of your hydraulic system, as much as four times. H-ZOL is excellent for use in extreme hot and cold environments.

H-ZOL synthetic oil fortifier dramatically improves the operating performance of industrial, commercial, and agricultural hydraulic equipment. H-ZOL is recommended for use in a variety of high-pressure mobile and stationary hydraulic systems, utilising vane piston or gear pumps, especially where water contamination is a frequent occurrence. H-ZOL is zinc free addressing today’s environmental concerns, and is compatible with seals and elastomeric parts.

H-ZOL with its concentrated wear reducing additives extend equipment life to hydraulic systems. H-ZOL has excellent thermal stability for high temperature operations. H-ZOL’s advanced synthetic formula improves cold weather performance as well.

In suitable base stocks and hydraulic fluids H-ZOL meets Vickers I-286S, M-29050-S, Denison HF-1, HF-2, HF-0. Cincinnati Milicron P-68, P-69, P-70. Lee Norse 100-1, U.S. Steel 127, 136. B.F. Goodrich 0152. General Motors LH-04-1, LG-06-1 and LH-15-1. MIL-H-17672D. DIN 51524, Part 1, Jeffrey No. 87. General Electric GEK-32568 and Solar Turbines E59-224. H-ZOL is not compatible with certain water or ethylene glycol hydraulic fluids. Call for further technical assistance.

H-ZOL can be used in all hydraulic systems. Use at 120-200 ml per 4 litres of hydraulic fluid with each change out. H-ZOL is compatible with most all synthetic and petroleum based hydraulic fluids. In suitable base stocks H-ZOL meets most hydraulic manufactures warranty specifications. In hydrostatic applications use only 30ml per litre as hydrostats work on partial friction.

Available in 0.95, 3.79 and 19 Litre containers. The 3.79 and 19 litre containers come with a 30 ml pump for easy measuring. 3.79 Litre containers also have a view stripe with measuring grid in millimeters on the label for measuring larger quantities for quick use.
